MEET THE OWNER

Ayana Smith, MBA, CSM, SHRM-CP has over 16 years of Human Resources experience that includes recruitment and staffing, training and development, compensation and classification, employee relations and compliance.  She received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Finance from Clark Atlanta University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston-Victoria.  She was certified by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2018 and has also been certified in Supervisory Management.  Other completed certificate programs include Diversity/Equity/Inclusion and Ethical and Inclusive Leadership.  Her HR experience includes State Government and the Insurance industries.
